Steve Schmidt and Keith LeMay - Ever  since I met Steve and Keith, I realized that here are two people who are a true team, like Bud Abbott and Lou Costella or Billy Graham and George Beverly Shea.    They work together like few people I have seen.   Steve is the Missions Pastor of Woodland Hills Church and Keith is the Pastor of Local Missions.   Although they give the Spirit of God the credit and glory, they have developed a missions program for a church that could easily be an example to follow.   Steve started part time with Woodland Hills Church in 1998, but within a year was full time and Keith joined shortly thereafter.    Steve had previously served with the Conservative Baptist Mission and with STEM in Haiti for a total of 7 years.

In just a few years they have taken a church that has seen enormous growth, but because of it had no program for missions and have since been able to send teams to Mexico, Haiti, Honduras, Dominican Republic, Trinidad, Tobago, India, Indonesia, and Vietnam.  They have also been instrumental in adopting the Jambi Malay people in Indonesia through the  Adopt-A-People program and support numerous ministries both locally and throughout the world.

They have taken the following verse as their mandate and motivation to "go into all the world".

Let all the world look to me for salvation! For I am God; there is no other. I have sworn by myself and I will never go back on my word, for it is true that every knee in all the world shall bow to me, and every tongue shall swear allegiance to my name.
-Isaiah 45:22-23
